Medha has always believed in making people capable enough to lend a voice in matters of injustice. She has also been an active voice in speaking up against prejudice at her college. Having held various leadership positions in voluntary organizations as well as projects, one would describe her as a team player. She has done her fair share of research in the health and psychiatric domains. She has great interest in art as well as writing and believes it to be a powerful way to symbolize human life.

Having seen her mother work to be a strong woman has played a major role in her wanting to do the same.
